As a proud native of Denver, my journey into the world of aesthetics began after graduating from the University of Denver. Initially, I taught kindergarten, where my passion for nurturing others flourished. However, it was during my time teaching overseas in Thailand that I discovered my true calling in skincare and wellness.

Enrolling at the Aveda Institute, I graduated as a licensed therapist in both massage therapy and aesthetics. This pivotal step led me to work with various physicians and med spas, where I trained other providers in advanced techniques. In launching Revive SkinFX, I started small by renting a room in another med spa, but my vision for a client-focused skincare clinic quickly took shape. Becoming a certified aesthetic injector expanded my knowledge in anatomy and medical aesthetics, enabling me to offer a wide range of treatments with a commitment to natural results.

At Revive SkinFX, I specialize in corrective skincare and enjoy collaborating with a talented team that shares my passion. When I’m not working, I cherish my time at home with my husband, our two kids, Lennox and Wyatt, and our two beloved dogs.

Opening Revive SkinFX has been the best professional decision I've made, allowing me to combine my love for skincare with my dedication to helping others achieve their best selves.

Hi friends, I’m Kyla — a results-driven Medical Aesthetician with a passion in skincare since the day I can remember. I’m endlessly curious and I love staying on top of the latest and greatest. Trained under the expert mentorship of Kyle here at Revive, I specialize in transformative treatments such as microneedling, chemical peels, custom facials, lasers, nuerotoxins and more. As an injector my goal will always be to enhance natural beauty – not change it. To preserve and gracefully slow the signs of aging, not erase them entirely. I’m also a certified acne specialist through Face Reality, and nothing makes me happier than helping clients reclaim their confidence through clear, healthy skin. I’m especially passionate about treating adult acne & acne scarring. I take a personalized approach to skincare — treating the skin based on each client’s unique needs and looking at the full picture, not just the surface.

Outside the treatment room, you’ll find me deep in the world of wellness, loving on animals, or soaking in time with family and friends. I can’t wait to meet you and be a part of your skin journey!

I began my esthetics career after completing my training at the School of Botanical and Medical Aesthetics. I am passionate about helping clients achieve healthy, confident skin through personalized treatment plans tailored to their unique concerns and goals.As a Face Reality Acne Expert, I specialize in guiding clients through their clear-skin journey using Face Reality products, chemical peels, and safe, effective microneedling over acne and scarring. I also provide advanced corrective treatments, including RF microneedling, microdermabrasion, laser treatments, and other results-driven skincare services.

My goal is to create a welcoming, comfortable, and supportive environment where every client feels confident and empowered throughout their skincare journey.Outside of the treatment room, I work as a substitute preschool teacher and enjoy spending time with children. In my free time, I love exploring new restaurants, attending concerts, and spending time with friends and family.

Lauren Swensen

Dr. Edward Cobb

Medical Director

Dr. Edward Cobb is a board-certified anesthesiologist and the founder of Physician Modern Therapy in downtown Colorado Springs. He earned his medical degree from Weill Cornell Medical College at Cornell University and completed his anesthesiology residency at SUNY Downstate Medical Center in Brooklyn. Over more than a decade in practice, he has provided anesthesia care in Colorado and Montana, building the clinical judgment and attention to patient safety that now anchor his work in wellness medicine.

At his Colorado Springs practice, Dr. Cobb focuses on hormone replacement therapy, medical weight loss, and mental health services, helping patients feel and function at their best. He also serves as medical director for multiple Colorado medical spas, overseeing safe, physician-guided care across the region.

Brittney Frye - Front Desk Coordinator

Brittney is the friendly face you’ll first see when walking through our doors. With a warm smile and a talent for multitasking, she keeps our front desk running smoothly and ensures every client feels welcomed and cared for from the moment they arrive. Whether she’s managing appointments, assisting with administrative tasks, or jumping in to help wherever needed, Brittney plays a key role in making Revive Skin FX experience seamless and stress-free.

Marnie Phillips - Inventory & Product Manager

Marnie is the organizational backbone of Revive Skin FX. As our inventory and product manager, she keeps our shelves stocked, our products organized, and our treatment rooms ready to go. Her keen attention to detail and deep knowledge of skincare brands help us stay efficient and provide the best products to our clients. Marnie works diligently behind the scenes to ensure everything flows smoothly — and we couldn’t do it without her.

I have been seeing Kyle for years. Her and her team are the absolute best in the business. She is professional, knowledgeable, kind, and helpful. I have had Botox, Disport, fillers, facials, and many skin treatments. Every single time my goals and preferences have been met. I appreciate so much how she respects my budget and works with me to achieve what I can within it.
